Your order will ship within 1-2 business day from receipt of your order and payment. If you’ve provided a valid email address, we will send you shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Just click on the link and you’ll be taken to the UPS or USPS website where your packages status is displayed. You can also check status of your order by contacting our office at 760-944-9300.
Most orders are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).
Free Shipping on all orders over $150.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.
Estimated business days to delivery: West Coast 1-3 days, Central USA 3-5 days, East Coast 5-7 days.
Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $150
We offer flat-rate $10 Shipping on all orders under $150 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.
Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time.
Alaska & Hawaii: We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
International: We do not ship internationally.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Please check with neighbor, friend or family member to see if they have received your package.
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account. Please call us at 760-944-9300 to let us know your preference.
We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases except probiotics and Fish oils. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Taste is not Guaranteed
We do not guarantee product taste. The products offered on our website are functional foods that deliver maximum nutrition; many of which do not taste great. Since everyone’s taste buds are different, we cannot guarantee that a product’s taste will be to your liking.
